Well tomorrow is the first day of the chemo and then just three more and I will be done. I have one next Thursday and then I'm off for a week and then I have another on Thursday and then the last one and I'm finished with chemo. It is something I look forward too but not something I want to think much about. You just have to raise your head above it and know it will soon be over. I still need your prayers.
Today was a very interesting day, I had to get everyone in the family on the same page. It's like a Chinese fire drill trying to find out who is coming when and with whom. I will report her on what I know for sure. Moe is coming on Saturday as are Don and Margo. D&M will be at the Essen House at 11:30 so Don can try the Saturday morning buffet. Moe is also invited if she wants to meet us there. Cate said she may also meet us at the Essen House, she will leave Indy at about 9 or 9:30. David is coming on Saturday also, but no one know what David will do, not even David. He does want to do his fryer, so get ready for Onion rings and potato chips and French fries. It will a very healthy First Communion party. It gives you a chance to be sure and pray for your health at mass on Sunday. Since David will not be attending the mass, we will pray for him.
It's great having these family get togethers. We used to do it, but when we lived in California and we had to fly everyone out there, it just wasn't near as often. Sammy is the guest of honor this time. She has her First Communion on Sunday at the 11 am Mass. After mass we will have our full family gathering. Bring your camera.
As for me, I'm feeling much better with the caught. The medicine that Carol gave me as certainly stopped the caught. There is still some junk down there that I need to bring up, but I'm not continually coughing. BP 125/67 HR 84 and BS 149 this morning. I was able to get out and get some walking in today. I went shopping and made a point of walking fast and going up and down all the isles. The problem with that approach is you buy too much #$#%% . I'll let you know how it went tomorrow. Love Tom
