Cate and I are getting ready to go pick up David and head to Larry's in Dayton. Sharon is at the Essen House trying to figure out how she is going to seat 81 reservations with God only knows how many people in each one, in about a hour. Our best servers have decided they need to be with family, which we totally understand, but it does put added pressure on Sharon. We do have a great staff, but on big days like this it is scary. It always seems to work it self out, but until it's over, it is a lot of pressure. The great thing about Antwerp, and most small towns, is that the people who are there will help out if they see you are in trouble. We have volunteers that will actually get up from their meal and help if they see someone needs it.
All's well that ends well. Great day, great fun, great meal, long drive home.
Cate and I are driving to Lima and picking up David and then Sharon will meat us there and we will all drive to Larry's together. I hope you all have a great Easter with friends and family. May God bless you all. Tom
