You know your looking good when someone you hired as the first nurse at the Manor House doesn't recognize you. Now I've got to say that she retired last year and has not seen me with no hair. But she stared at me three times and didn't recognize me. She finally came over, after Sharon ask her if she had seen me. She said: How are you feeling? I did get to go over to the Essen House today. I took Laura, a nurse friend of our over to see if there might be a place for her at Dallas-Lamb. She has been a Pharmacy Representative for 25 years, but her company was sold and she is without work. She is a registered nurse with a bachelors degree, so she is thinking about going back into nursing. It's very difficult to go from making $100 ++ to looking for work as a nurse. She could bring a lot to the table, but she wants more money than we can offer I'm sure.
Well it's all about tomorrow now. I'm going to get my infusion at 7:30 and then head for Indy. I'm pretty much ready to hear what up. At this point, I don't have any choice. The hardest part is not knowing and worrying about something you can't do anything about. At this point I'm ready for what ever.
